We enjoyed our stay in this hotel located in a peaceful area near the city centre. The room was spotlessly clean, and the hotel facilities were great with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a good shower with ample power and space. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the allocated parking and the map provided by the hotel, which helped us find our way around this city easily.

The bed and the shower were bad. The internet connection was extremly slow. Bad doors and windows (wind came through).

The units are a great size and set up, but are very much due an interior upgrade. A new colour scheme and updated kitchen and bathroom fittings would really make this place!!!

This hotel is great value for money, offering affordable prices and a range of amenities. The location is fantastic, as it is close to the city center and conveniently located near a supermarket. The hotel is situated in a nice and quiet area, allowing for a restful stay. The rooms are comfortable and come with a king bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary wifi and has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

All in all, this hotel met our expectations and was a pleasant stay.

This hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood, surrounded by native birds and offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It is also conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to explore New Plymouth's many attractions. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary facilities and the staff is welcoming and friendly.

The only minor issue was the comfort of the bed which could benefit from a new mattress.

I stayed in the standalone cabin (Unit 6), the whole unit is very spacious. Complimentary milk upon arrival is provided by the helpful host.

The small heater is not enough to warm up the whole unit during winter, so at night could be quite cold.

The motel had all the basic facilities we needed and was relatively affordable. The location was great, close to a popular stadium and a lovely walk. The motel helpfully offered free wifi, which was great for keeping us entertained during a rainy New Year's Eve.

The room felt outdated and could use a thorough cleaning. The bathroom was especially disappointing, with a heavily stained shower curtain and an odd smell.

Its location - quiet and relaxed. Most pleasant setting. Certainly value for money.

It is looking a bit tired and could be in some need of refurbishing.
